By Mummy B.
As I told you, I don’t manage to work on the blog during my vacations in France, but one thing is sure : there is no way for me to forget my camera! I rather should say that it is the contrary!
I am quite late on my Project 52 pictures, so let’s catch up! Here are some of my favorite pics of the last weeks.
During the Week 19 we celebrated the 30th birthday of Daddy B. (with some delay, since his real birthday was the 4th of December 2014!) and the 3rd birthday of Mimi B. (on time for her, since she was born on May 10 and that the party was held the day before). A big family meeting followed by a party during which friends joined us.
With a “San Francisco” theme, we have no choice than impose a dress code “Hippie Flower Power”. Here Mimi B., discovering her pretty presents … and costumed for the occasion!
Then we spent part of the week 20 at Grandpa P. and Grandma NB’s (the parents of Daddy B). Our little one never get bored! Beach, animals, playground … there were so much to do! Our princess shared a particular precious moment with her grandfather : a painting lesson, a passion for both of them! Guided by her grandpa, Mimi was able to experiment some techniques of confirmed painter and she crafted a beautiful canvas using different brushes, her fingers and also a knife! Congrats!
Finally during the week 21 we visited Saumur and around with Mamy FB. (my mom) and told our last goodbye to family and friends in Paris before departure. We enjoyed French specialties that we can’t find easily in California. Mimi B. ate a big “galette” with egg and tomato before discovering some castle of the Loire Valley with her grandmother! More ogress than princess, as you can see in the pic!
Here are a few “project 52″ participants that I managed to gather:
If you also want to start this project or to be added to this list, feel free to leave me your blog link in comments section and I’ll add it here.
